Kicks
1) front-kick and side-kick with the same leg against two partners and
relative pad’s training.
2) front-kick and side-kick alterning legs and relative pad’s
training.
3) 3 kicks: first front-kick, second and third side-kick with 3 partners,
one in front of us and 2 in opposite sides. Relative pad’s training.
4) With the same leg perform first a front kick, then a back-kick with
two partners. Relative pad’s training.
5) One leg perform front-kick forward, the other a back-kick. Relative
pad’s training.
6) Spinning-back roundhouse-kick.
Throws
1) grapping the kimono: throwing on shoulder.
2) holding partner’s wrist , turn around him to grap the belt
and throwing him to the ground.
3) arm on shoulder.
4) reverse throw.
5) throw passing under partner’s arm (with jumping-rool).
6) reverse arm on shoulder.
7) tehnique similar to nippon Kataguruma with throwing by partner’s
back.
8) step behind the partner and with elbow strike get him down.
Defences
against sleeve wrist-graps
1) against grap out: grap pushing forward to 11 o’clock, then
sweep down the partner’s leg helping ourselves putting one hand
to the partner’s face.
2) against grap out: through a special grap by both hands perform a
strong wrist-lever taking down the partner to my feet.
3) against grap out: strong wrist-lever with the forearm to the partner
that falls with jumping-roll.
Defences
against sleeve elbow-graps
1) against grap out: strong wrist-lever to the partner.
2) against grap out: hold the partner’s hand, pushing it down
with our elbow and wrap his arm throwing him.
Defences
against sleeve forward shoulder-graps
1) lock the hand that is pushing us and perform a simple in-rotation
locking the partner.
2) wrap-up the partner’s arm and levering with our elbow.
Defences
against lapel graps
1) like the previous technique...changes only the area where we are
holded.
2) the grap is performed with downward hand: simple lever to the elbow.
Defences
against collar-graps
1) simple lever behind the partner’s elbow with final blow with
the knee.
2) punch, pass under the arm levering the elbow. |
