Techniques against wrist-holds
1) against double wrist-hold from behind: pull-up the arms, hold the
left partner’s wrist and throw him.
2) against double wrist-hold from behind: pull-up the arms, hold the
left partner’s wrist and throw him performing “ arm on shoulder”
3) against double wrist-hold from behind: pull-up the arms, hold the
left partner’s wrist and locking it behind his back take him dowm
pulling his hairs and hitting his back-knee.
4) against double wrist-hold from behind: from behind hold his left
opposite wrist and throw locking him down.
5) against double wrist-hold from behind: from behind hold his right
wrist and throw levering his arm.
6) against double wrist-hold from behind: from behind guide his right
arm to levering it and throw passing under his arm.Final foot-locking.
Techniques against collar-grap and dobok
1) Turn out, hit partner’s hip, then hold his right arm putting
it in lever.
2) Turn in, hit the stomach with elbow strike, then grap the belt and
levering his back take him down.
3) Against double shoulder-grap from behind: turn out, hit partner’s
hip, then throw and lock.
4) Against double shoulder-grap from behind: turning, hit with upper-cut,
then hold right partner’s arm locking it behind his back, take
him down holding his hairs and hitting his knee.
5) Against double sleeve-grap from behind: Through various unbalance,
catch partner’s left arm and lever it.
6) Like previous technique, with final throw.
7) Against double down sleeve-graps from behind: turning, hit in the
partner’s thigh with elbow strike, then holding his legs take
him down.
