Defences against one wrist grapped
1) against wrist-hold out: hit with punch to the stomach, pass under
the arm levering it.
2) against wrist-hold out: strike a rotatory movement-in, palm against
palm, to the partner’s wrist.
3) against wrist-hold out: strike a rotatory movement, like previous
technique , but this time with our forearm.
4) against wrist-hold out: wind round with both hands the partner’s
wrist and push him on his shoulder, throw down to let roll him forward.
5) against wrist-hold out: hold the wrist and lock the partner down
with our knee.
6) against wrist-hold out: once striked a punch to the stomach, then
drive partner’s arm behind his back, first passing under his arm.
7) against wrist-hold out: extend partner’s arm and standing palm
to palm, give a push levering his arm. The partner will badly fall down.
8) against wrist-hold out: hold directly the elbow behind his arm and
pulling him towards us, letting him fall down forward.
9) Like the previous technique, without letting him fall blow with the
knee.
Defences against cross hand grab
1) Levering arm that is holding us and throw-down levering his arm witha
jumping-rool, then final control.
2) Pass under the arm from outside and finish locking previous elbow
on ground.
Defences against one wrist grab-two hands
1) After getting free by an upper-lever strike with an elbow the partner’s
chest.
2) Like previous technique, changes only the way to escare helping myself
with both hands.
Defences against two wrists grabbed
1) joining your two hands perform a tremendous push levering partner’s
arm getting him back-down.
2) while one hand perform a movement like “autostop” the
other hand holds from under the crossed wrist, throwing the partner
badly.
3) Whirl-in both partner’s arms and when he bends down,blow with
knee. |
