kicks

from left forward-position far from the partner who reamins in front of us, gettino close to him perform

1) left front-kick – right spinning back kick...pad’s training striking only with the second kick.
2) left side-kick – right spinning back kick...pad’s training striking only with the second kick.
3) left roundhouse-kick - right spinning back kick...pad’s training striking only with the second kick.
4) left spinning heel kick sn. (hook-kick striking with hell to the face)...lilttle pad’s training.
5) downward in-out axe kick...with the partner bended...little pad’s training.
6) out-in inside circle kick (out-in winding kick to the face)...little pad’s training: start from parallel-feet position.
7) in-out left spinning kick moving forward. (hook-kick with out-foot)…little pad’s training at parallel-feet.
8) jump side-kick combination: side-kick jumping forward and side-kick jumping forward again…pad’s training with the second kick only.
9) right sweep + right jump side kick ...pad’s training with the second kick only.

Defences against various graps type

1) against reverse lapel grap, pass under the partner’s arm levering it.
2) against reverse lapel grap, strike with punch and,like previous technique, pass under the partner’s arm levering it.
3) against lapel grap with upper palm: wrist lever and throw, locking down.
4) like previous technique and strike punch, then throw with hip.
5) against lapel grap: turn-out the partner’s wrist holding his thumb (plateau) throwing him down.
6) against lapel grap: while grapping the partner’s wrist strike a punch, then bend his arm making pivot his elbow and take him down.
7) against hip grap under the arm: grap the arm, strike with side-kick and throw-down.
8) against belt grap: grap the wrist performing a painfull pressure to the partner’s metacarpus, then lever to the wrist taking him down.
9) against belt grap: grap the wrist performing a lever to the elbow and take-down.
10) against belt grap: get free with a lever by joined hands and strike with knife-hand to the face.
11) against belt grap from thebottom: thum’s plateau
12) like previous technique with wrist-lever to the partner: throw and lock-down.
13) against belt grap from the bottom: hit and perform a “arm on shoulder”
