Receiveing some casual tecniques from the partner, falling with closet
eyes.Perform also advanced jumping-roll.
Combinations
kicks
combination n° one advancing: right front-kick + left front-kick (both
side)
combination n° two advancing: right front-kick + left side-kick (both
side)
combination n° three advancing: right front-kick + left roundhouse-kick
(both side)
combination n° four advancing: right front-kick + right/left punch
to face + left roundhouse-kick (both side)
step-back
kicks
(step-back with immediate counterattack with the leg that reamins advanced)
1) step-back n° one: position left leg forward, proceed alterning
steps, getting back with left leg, attack with right forward front-kick.
2) step-back n° two: position left leg forward, proceeed alterning
steps, getting back with left leg, attack with forward right side-kick.
3) step-back n° three: position left leg forward, proceed alternino
steps, getting back with left leg, attack with forward right roundhouse-kick.
4) step-back n° four: position left leg forward, proceed alternino
steps, getting back with left leg, attack with forward right roundhouse-kick,
hit with a right backfist to face and conclude with a left cross to the
stomach.
Techniques
against punch attacks
(Propaedeutics fighting, all the techniques are against opposite punch,
cross-punch)
1) second block with the back of your right wrist and counterattack of
right down chop on right side of the partner(with knife strike).
2) second block with the back of your right wrist and counterattack of
left-punch.
3) second block with the back of your right wrist and counterattack of
two punches left-right.
4) second block with the back of your right wrist and counterattack holding
the partner’s wrist with right-hand get him down, control the partner
with left-hand on his right-shoulder, conclude with cutting right-hit
vertical behind his head.
5) second block with the back of your right wrist and counterattack of
right front-kick to the stomach.
6) first block with left palma near our right ear and counterattack with
side elbow strike to the stomach.
7) first block with left palm, hold wrist with the same left-hand, turn-around
clock-wise 180° hitting with elbow on the back or on the nape of partner.
8) ) second block with the back of your right wrist and counterattack
the partner’s leg near us with a right low-kick to his haunch,thigh
or knee.
9) second block with the back of your right wrist, hold the partner’s
wrist with our right-hand and counteratack levering his right-arm pushing
it down.
10) position left-leg forward getting back with left leg in step-back,
blocking coming punch with right-palma,counterattack of right front-kick
to the stomach.
Wrist-holds techniques
1) against right wrist-hold out(the partner hold uor wrist with his left-hand):
while moving with my right leg between his legs, pull strongly my right
hand toward my chest, getting free.
2) against right wrist-hold out(the partner hold uor wrist with his left-hand):
while moving with my right leg between his legs, pull strongly my right
hand toward my chest getting free, counterattack with downward knife strike
by the right-hand and launch(with the same hand) a backfist to his right-temple.
3) ) against right wrist-hold out(the partner hold uor wrist with his
left-hand): while moving with my right leg between his legs, pull strongly
my right hand toward my chest getting free, counterattack with right-elbow
strike to his stomach.
4) against left wrist-hold out(the partner hold uor wrist with his right-hand):
while moving with my right leg between his legs, hit him with right downward
knife strike to his right-wrist, letting me go.
5) As previous technique: against left wrist-hold out(the partner hold
uor wrist with his right-hand): while moving with my right leg between
his legs, hit him with right downward knife strike to his right-wrist,
letting me go.Then turn-around 180° to attack him of left-elbow hit
with left arm( that i have got free) to the stomach.
