1) dodge n° 1 keeping back left-leg (to 6 o’clock ) with step-back,
hold the kick that comes from the partner with a palm-block by the right-hand,
that remain forward.
2) dodge n° 2 moving in slide-side (to 10 o’clock) with left
leg forward performing left outward block with upper palm,blocking his
front-kick(right).
3) dodge n° 3 moving in slide-side (to 2 o’clock) with right
leg. that advance from behind performing right in-block to partner’s
front-kick with upper palm.
4) dodge n° 4 moving in slide-side (to 10 o’clock) with left
leg forward performing right downward-block with the forearm while our
wrist is rised-up hooking partner’s foot.
5) dodge n° 5 moving in slide-side(to 2 o’clock) with right
leg that advance from behind performing downward-block to the partner’s
foot.
Defences
against front-kick
1) dodge n° 1: 1 keeping back left-leg (to 6 o’clock ) with
step-back perform upper palm-block with right-hand, then counterattack
with slide-cross punch (with opposite hand).
2) dodge n° 2 moving in slide-side (to 10 o’clock) with left
leg forward performing left outward and counterattack with ridge-hand
to left partner’s temple.
3) dodge n° 4 moving in slide-side (to 10 o’clock) with left
leg forward performing right downward-block and counterattack with two
fast punches.
4) dodge n° 3 moving in slide-side (to 2 o’clock) with right
leg. that advance from behind performing right in-block and counterattack
with cross-punch to the stomach.
5) dodge n° 5 moving in slide-side(to 2 o’clock) with right
leg that advance from behind performing downward-block and counterattack
with palm-heel.

Defences against roundhouse-kick
1) dodge n° 3, block kick with both hands and counterattack with
right backfist to face.
2) dodge n° 3, block kick with both hands and counterattack with
two fast punches to the stomach.
3) dodge n° 3, block kick with both hands and counterattack with
left ridge hand.
4) dodge n° 3, block kick with both hands and counterattack with
left elbow-strike to face.
Defences against wrist-holds
1) From rest position at parallel feet, the partner holds our left wrist
with his right hand, advance with our right foot to the partner’s
right-side or between his legs. Hit with right downward knife strike
his wrist, and (with the same hand) hit with upward knife strike his
temple.
2) From rest position at parallel feet, the partner holds our right
wrist with his left hand. Hold him with both hands with a outside movement
like “autostop” and throw him to the floor levering his
wrist ,then control his left arm.
3) From rest position at parallel feet, the partner holds our left wrist
with his right hand, pull him strongly downward to 10 o’clockl,
then take down throwing him with your right leg motion and palm heel.
4) From rest position at parallel feet, the partner holds our right
wrist with his crossed right hand, perform levering to his elbow taking
him down and control.
5) From rest position at parallel feet, the partner holds our right
wrist with his crossed right hand, perform a "kotegaeshi"
to his wrist taking him down and control levering his arm.
6) From rest position at parallel feet, the partner holds our right
wrist with his right hand, take position on his right-side holding and
levering his arm.Control standing upright.
