Defences against chokes and attack’s
to the neck
1) against chokes by two hands: step-back getting free and strike knife-hand.
2) against chokes by two hands: strike with fingers under partner’s
armpit and levering-up his arm.
3) against chokes by two hands: step back and "kotegaeshi"
to a wrist..throwing and locking with a foot on his neck.
4) against chokes by two hands: force the arms and grapping the head
perfom an energic rotation of it.
5) against chokes by two hands while the thumbs are pushing under the
Adam’s apple: attack with fingers to the eyes an then perform
"kotegaeshi" to a wrist...throw and locking-down with side
foot position to the throat.
6) against chokes by two hands while the thumbs are pushing under the
Adam’s apple: grap the belt with on hand and pull under the Adam’s
apple with the other hand at the same time.
7) against chokes with arm from behind: grap the arm while hitting elbow-strike
with the other arm, then charge and lock-down.
8) against chokes with arm from behind: as the previous technique pass
under and behind his arm locking it pull down with a stroke behind his
knee and lock his neck with your feet.
9) against chokes with arm from behind: like previous technique, pass
behind him striking with elbow or an other hit to the groin and push
him down
10) against side-choke: grap the haed or the hairs of the partner performing
a painful pressure behind his knee and take him down.
11) against side-choke: strike a leg from behind with a "Lopez",
weakening the partner, then grapping his legs in front of him push him
down.
12) against choke under the forward-armcontro: blow with knee and push
with the shoulder.
13) against choke from the round, under the partner: grap his arms pushing-up
our pelvis and gettino free
14) against choke from the round, under the partner: grap the head and
rotating it push-up the pelvis |
