fallings conditioning (fallings form).

First and second defence against punch.
Counterattacks:
1) Utilising first and second block, apply counterattacks against all
basic hits (left and right)
2) Exercise utilising the two basic blocks, basic arm hits and haunch’s
rotation to convey the correct energy and dynamics.

7) Y exercise (ypsilon) to dodge hits keeping the position near the
opponent
8) Exercise of fast hits sequence with the partner 1°, 2°, 3°
9) basic punches: mains arm attacks (8), puches, various hits and elbow-hits:
one - cross
two - back fist with forward arm
three – ridge hand
four – palm heel rising palm
five – riverse knife hand
six – hammer fist
seven – elbow strike
eight – upper elbow
10) 8 mains arm attacks in slide motion.
Ten self-defence tecniques
1-against blow with a stick to head
2-against double downward knife strike (daghetta)
3-against double arm hold
4-against punch 1 (cross)
5-against punch 2 (cross)
6-against double arm hold from behind
7-against side-kick
8-against our front-kick holded (flying-scissors)
9-against roundhouse-kick
10-180° flying attack pivoting on the partner’s leg
